While we wouldn't be able to cancel the site on your behalf, you have two options in cancelling your site. I've outlined the steps for each option below:
>> 1 - Disabling auto-renew and letting it expire at the end of it's current billing cycle. This will keep your site online until then
- In the Home Menu, click Settings, and then click Billing & Account.
- Click Billing.
- Under Subscriptions, click XX.
- Uncheck Auto-Renew.
- Click Save to confirm.
>> 2 - Cancelling the subscription. This will take your site offline immediately.
- In the Home Menu, click Settings, and then click Billing & Account.
- Click Billing.
- Under Subscriptions, click XX
- Click Cancel Store Subscription.
